"American Dream Machine" began the filming of the movie "Fighting Destiny"
This gripping action-packed drama tells the story of a Russian immigrant in the United States.
The cast includes Michael Madsen, known for his roles in "Reservoir Dogs," "Kill Bill," and "The Hateful Eight." Joining Madsen is international action star Jeff Wincott, recognized for his work in "Mission of Justice" and "The Killing Machine," as well as bodybuilding legend Lou Ferrigno.
Also starring in the film are Russian rapper Slimus, Russian cinema legend Alexey Serebryakov, Lillo Brancato from "A Bronx Tale," Brian O'Halloran, famous for the "Clerks" franchise, honorary actor Patrick Kilpatrick, and international supermodel Vlada Roslyakova.
The film is produced by Frank Williams (P.G.A.), Svitlana Lykhatska, Mikhail Balezine ("Fake Brit"), and Niyaz Mirzaev. Handling all aspects of the film—from scriptwriting to shooting, editing, production, and direction—is Andrey Nikiforov.
Filming for "Fighting Destiny" is set to wrap in August of this year, with the film slated for release in 2025. Several minutes of already filmed material featuring Alexey Serebryakov will be showcased to international distributors in Cannes this May.
