Yaroslav Mykolaiovych Karpuk, better known by his stage name Yaktak, was born on May 4, 2005, in Stara Vyzhivka, Volyn Oblast, Ukraine. After graduating from gymnasium, Karpuk pursued his studies at the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts, specializing in vocals.
